
The practice of tai chi, as with any art, is built on intention and repetition. As we progress through the set, we consistently revert back to the beginning postures to develop muscle memory of each movement. Students develop the benefits of stability, balance, and a deep body awareness. With tai chi, you learn to “stand like mountain, move like water.”
