Rhythmic Kickboxing

No matter what fitness level, you will love the Bag Classes at Studio Fit. There is nothing like it! Class starts with a 5 minute warm up followed by a 5 minute stretch which leads into a 20-30 minute session on the bag followed by 10-25 minutes of conditioning and/or strength training, and a 5 minute cool down/stretch. This is a great cl

No matter what fitness level, you will love the Bag Classes at Studio Fit. There is nothing like it! Class starts with a 5 minute warm up followed by a 5 minute stretch which leads into a 20-30 minute session on the bag followed by 10-25 minutes of conditioning and/or strength training, and a 5 minute cool down/stretch. This is a great class for all levels; beginners to elite exercise enthusiast. Take one jab and you'll be hooked.

*Gloves are required.

You’ll punch, kick, and sweat your way through choreographed combos that improve coordination, stamina, and strength—all while having fun!

Strength training is a fundamental for component to any fitness routine.  Utilizing body weight, kettlebells, hand weights, and bands through an array of platforms keeps the studios muscle management challenging and fun.
